How does BridgeCARE get carrier, Medicaid, and program data?
At launch, BridgeCARE is built on publicly available federal and state program data: CMS, SSA, state Medicaid publications, manufacturer PAP directories, and nonprofit disease-fund registries. Curated, normalized, and kept current by our team. Our founder Angel has spent twelve years building the lookup tables that power the matching engine. Carrier-plan data integrations and state Medicaid API connections are on the roadmap as we onboard agency partners.
Is client data HIPAA-compliant?
In v1, BridgeCARE is an agent workflow and eligibility-matching tool. It does not store protected health information (PHI). Client intake captures the demographic and financial signals needed to match programs. The clinical detail lives in your agency’s existing systems. Live PHI pipes, carrier feeds, and provider integrations roll in under business associate agreements (BAAs) during v2. HIPAA-grade infrastructure is built in from day one: encryption at rest and in transit, audit logs, and SOC 2 posture.
